Load Balance is the process of distributing access load among servers that perform the same activity (for example, displaying a specific website). This distribution is performed based on pre-established rules and is extremely useful to optimize usage of the installed equipment, as well as to prevent downtime in case one the servers becomes unavailable.

The Load Balance service is available for clients using our colocation or dedicated hosting services, with servers hosted at ALOG’s data centers.

The service uses Cisco Networks CSS equipment.
