- Service is started within 15 minutes of client’s request;
- Support request history available on our Extranet;
- Monthly service level report.

DR (Disaster Recovery) MANAGED HOSTING
- Includes HD MANAGED HOSTING;
- Recovery based on Recovery Plan;
- Basic server monitoring (ports and services determined by client);
- Recovery is initiated within 15 minutes of client’s request;
- Reinstallation of operating system and application, and data backup recovery;
- Monthly service level report.

TOTAL MANAGEMENT HOSTING
- Includes DR MANAGED HOSTING;
- Operating system and basic application management;
- Operating system and basic application updating and upgrading;
- Solution of technical operational problems;
- Security administration;
- Advanced monitoring for pro-active operation of the ALOG Unconditional Support;
- Performance control and adjustment.
