Sidney Breyer (CEO)
Mr. Breyer graduated in engineering from the Aeronautics Technology Institute (ITA). He holds an MBA from COPPEAD/UFRJ and an OPM from Harvard Business School, and was a professor at FGV-RJ. He has been an investor and executive in the IT industry since 1994, and has co-founded several companies such as Elefante, Aceleradora, Ability, and ALOG Data Centers.

Eduardo Carvalho (VP of Sales)
Mr. Carvalho has a degree in Business Administration. He started his career as a sales representative with Xerox do Brasil, and has held management positions in the Sales areas of Claro Telecommunications, Diveo do Brasil, Intelig and .comDominio.

Antonio Carlos Pina (VP of Technology)
Mr. Pina has worked in the systems engineering, IT, and basic software areas for 21 years at several companies, such as Embratel and Petrobras. He is a founding partner of Infolink Internet Provider and held the position of Technology Director with the company for 10 years. He is also an active participant in the Brazilian Internet Management Committee.

Emanuel Dutra (VP of Finantial)
Emanuel Dutra has a degree in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has 13 years experience in investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, the Deustche Bank and Santander, where he has held executive positions in the investment and the treasury areas.

Nelson Mendonça (VP of Operations)
Has eight years experience in IT and four years as manager. He was Technology Manager at AMT Internet Security & Datacenter and is currently Operations National Manager at Alog. Answered by the area of operations, divided into Management Hosting, Technical Support, Monitoring and Operations / IT. It is certified in RHCE and LPIC-2. He has published 04 books on GNU / Linux and Free Software, between 2002 and 2006.

Victor Arnaud (VP of Processes & Products)
Mr. Arnaud is an Industrial Engineer (Masters at PUC-RJ and Graduation at UFRJ) with specialization courses in COPPEAD, INSEAD (Singapore), Wharton and Fundação Dom Cabral.  He has twelve years of experience, including four in the area of IT infrastructure and eight years in the organizational structuring projects, with several professional certifications.

Peter Catta Preta (Infraestruture Director)
Graduated in electric engineering from the São Judas Tadeu University, has Project Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He served in mission-critical environments and high availability for companies such as CB Richard Ellis Brasil and Sistenge Construções e Comércio. Participated in data centers construction and expansion projects form EDS/HP, IBM, Unilever, Global One, Carrefour, Petrobrás, Souza Cruz e Brasil Telecom, among other.
