The ALOG Storage service offers external storage space for servers hosted in our data centers. 

Its main benefit is that it enables you to store large volumes of data on demand and without having to invest in expanding the storage capacity of the hosted servers. 

The following architectures are available: 

• NAS

- Dell Power Vault equipment
- Ethernet GigaBit connection
- Used space as a network unit mapped on the application
- RAID 10 discs
- For storing large volumes of data used occasionally 

• SAN

- EMC Symetrix equipment
- GigaBit Fiber Channel connection
- Application uses local disc space
- RAID 0, V or 10 discs
- For critical mission applications running concurrently on several servers and sharing storage space
