- Recovery based on Recovery Plan
- Basic server monitoring (ports and services determined by client)
- Recovery is initiated within 15 minutes of client’s request
- Reinstallation of operating system and application, and data backup

- Monthly service level report

TOTAL MANAGEMENT HOSTING
- Includes DR MANAGED HOSTING
- Operating system and basic application management
- Operating system and basic application updating and upgrading
