Our Point-to-Point Link service connects clients’ networks to ALOG’s data centers. 

Its main benefit is that it enables secure, stable, and high-quality access from workstations located at the client’s office(s) to the servers and equipment hosted at the data centers. The same link can be used to connect the office(s) to the Internet. 

The ALOG data center is an integral part of the networks of all telecommunications carriers in Rio de Janeiro, which allows us great flexibility in choosing connection suppliers. 

The quality of the services contracted from these carriers is permanently monitored by ALOG, and we are responsible for recovery of any faults in the circuits and the Internet connection. 

The circuits can be contracted from carriers in the following
Models: 

• LP
• Frame Relay
• Metro Ethernet

The connection speeds available vary according to the contracted carrier and mode, and range from 64Kbps to 100Mbps. 

In all cases, ALOG provides the routing equipment for both ends of the connection.
