- Specific Unconditional Technical support for solution of
   problems
- Service is started within 15 minutes of client’s request
- Support request history available on our Extranet
- Monthly service level report

DR (Disaster Recovery) MANAGED HOSTING
- Includes HD MANAGED HOSTING
- Recovery based on Recovery Plan
- Basic server monitoring (ports and services determined by
  client)
- Recovery is initiated within 15 minutes of client’s request
- Reinstallation of operating system and application, and
   data backup recovery
- Monthly service level report

TOTAL MANAGEMENT HOSTING
- Includes DR MANAGED HOSTING
- Operating system and basic application management
- Operating system and basic application updating and
   upgrading
- Solution of technical operational problems
- Security administration
- Advanced monitoring for pro-active operation of the
ALOG Unconditional Support.
- Performance control and adjustment
